Option 1: Submit a Ticket
The fastest and most reliable way to request an update is to submit a ticket:

Head to the Knowledge Base

Include the following details (if possible):

The page URL where the update is needed

A short description of what needs to be changed

Any new text, images, or files needed for the update

The more info you provide, the faster we can knock it out!
Option 2: Chat With Us in the Portal
If it’s a smaller update or you want to double-check something first, feel free to message us through the client portal chat.
We’ll review your request and let you know if we need anything else to move forward.
When Will My Update Be Done?
Turnaround time can vary depending on the size of the request and your service package. Most standard content updates are completed within 1–3 business days.
If it’s a more complex change or requires design/development work, we’ll let you know and may suggest scoping it as a new task or project.
