  • Basic Security Monitoring

If you’re on a custom or premium plan, you may have additional features.

 

Where Is My Website Hosted?

Depending on your setup, your website may be hosted on platforms such as:

  • Hostinger

  • Webflow

  • Wix

  • WordPress with a managed host

 

Your exact host will be noted in your onboarding or project summary documents. If you’re unsure, just ask—we’ll confirm it for you.

 

Can I Access the Hosting Account Directly?

Most of the time, Tralemix manages the hosting environment to ensure proper configuration, security, and performance.

 

If you need access or want to transfer ownership, let us know—this can be arranged depending on your agreement.

 

How Often Are Backups Taken?

Backup frequency depends on your plan. Most include:

  • Weekly backups for standard sites

  • Daily backups for premium or high-traffic sites

 

We can restore a version of your site if something breaks—just reach out.


Can I Move My Site Later?

Yes! If you ever want to transfer hosting, we’ll work with you to export your site and hand off any relevant files and documentation. A transfer fee may apply based on the complexity of your site.
