Managing your profile in the Tralemix client portal is simple and ensures you’re always in control of your information. Whether you’re updating your email address, changing your payment method, or reviewing your plan details—everything you need is located in your Profile.

 

Where to Access Your Profile

  1. Log into the Client Portal.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click on Profile.

  3. This will open your full account dashboard.


What You Can Do in Your Profile Section

View or Update Account Info

  • Edit your name, email, or login credentials.

  • Update your phone number and contact preferences.

Change Your Payment Information

  • Add or remove credit/debit cards.

  • View past invoices or upcoming charges.

Update Billing & Mailing Address

  • Scroll to the Account section within your Profile.

  • Update your billing or mailing address as needed.

Review Your Plan

  • See which plan you’re currently on.

  • View renewal dates and any upcoming changes.
