You can manage all of your billing details directly from your Profile inside the client portal—no need to reach out unless you get stuck.

 

Here’s how to view or update your payment info, billing address, and plan:


Where to Find Your Billing Info

  1. Log in to your Client Portal

  2. Click My Profile from the top navigation

  3. Scroll to the Account section

 

There, you’ll be able to view and manage:

  • Your Billing & Mailing Address

  • The card on file or payment method

  • Your current plan and subscription details

  • Past invoices and upcoming charges

 

How to Update Your Payment Method

Need to add a new card or change your payment details?

  • Go to the Billing section in your Profile

  • Click “Edit” or “Add New” to update your card

  • Confirm your changes and you’re good to go!

 

This is the fastest way to avoid any service interruptions or failed payments.

 

Viewing Your Invoices or Charges

To download past invoices or view your next charge:

  • Head to your Profile > Billing

  • You’ll see a list of charges along with invoice download links

  • Click to open and download for your records

 

Changing Your Billing or Mailing Address

Scroll to the Account section and simply update your address fields.

Be sure to hit Save before leaving the page.
