Sending us the right brand assets early in the process helps us design faster—and ensures your site or graphics stay true to your brand. Here’s how to share your files and what we typically need.


Where to Upload Your Assets

You can upload files directly to your client portal:

  1. Log in to the Client Portal

  2. Navigate to your project workspace

  3. Look for the Upload Documents section or file upload button

  4. Drag and drop your files or paste in a shareable cloud storage link (e.g. OneDrive or Dropbox)

 

What to Include

Here’s what we recommend you send (as applicable):

  • Your Logo(s)

    High-resolution PNG or SVG files preferred. If available, include light/dark and horizontal/stacked versions.

  • Fonts

    Custom font files (.ttf or .otf) or licensing links if they’re web fonts like Google Fonts or Adobe Fonts.

  • Color Palette

    Hex codes (e.g. #1A1A1A) or a screenshot of your brand colors if you don’t have a style guide.

  • Brand Guidelines or Style Guide

    If you’ve worked with a branding agency or designer, this PDF or doc is gold.

  • Any Existing Collateral

    Business cards, social media graphics, flyers, or anything that shows how your brand is currently being used.
