Here’s how to request a visual design update through your client portal:


What Counts as a Visual Design Update?

These types of updates are usually quick-turn creative requests and may include:

  • Swapping or updating homepage banners

  • Replacing or editing existing graphics

  • Requesting new social media visuals or templates

  • Updating team photos or headshots

  • Refreshing brand elements like icons or buttons

 

For more complex needs or full redesigns, we may recommend treating it as a new scoped task or project.

 

How to Submit Your Request

  1. Log in to the Client Portal

  2. Click Submit a Ticket or message us via the chat

  3. Include the following (as applicable):

    • A clear description of what needs to be updated

    • The page or section where the update should appear

    • Any new files, text, or visual references you want us to use

    • Optional: examples or inspiration to guide our design

 

Turnaround Time

Standard visual design updates are typically completed within 2–5 business days, depending on the size of the request and your current service plan.

We’ll always let you know if something will take longer or needs a deeper conversation.

 

Tips for a Smoother Request

  • Bundle multiple design updates into one ticket if they’re related

  • Use cloud links (OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.) for large files
